1. All equipment is hired on a dry rate basis unless explicitly stated otherwise (fuel, operator, and transportation are not included).
2. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.
3. Daily hire is based on a maximum of 8 hours of equipment use. Extended use beyond this limit will attract overtime charges.
4. The client is responsible for ensuring the safe use, security, and protection of hired equipment from the moment it leaves our premises until its return.
5. Any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment will be assessed and charged to the client accordingly.
6. Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
7. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
8. The company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a hire agreement in cases of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
9. Use of our e-commerce platform is governed by applicable laws, and fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted.
